Consulting Schedules provides the typical time that's necessary to conduct every major activity in fifteen one-day workshops for Kilmann's completely integrated program for achieving quantum transformation. These AVERAGE time estimates are based on decades of experience in providing the same workshops to many different types of organizations, both large and small, in several countries. These time estimates, however, are only intended for consultants and facilitators who are conducting the one-day workshops (not for the participants).
