SPECIAL PAYPAL INSTRUCTIONS

Kilmann Diagnostics uses PayPal as part of its purchasing process, since it's one of the most secure and trusted online purchasing services in the world. After you add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, you can use your existing PayPal account up to its specified limit—or create a new PayPal account. See the additional sections below, if you wish to consider Alternative Payment Options or would like to review our Privacy Policy.

But the primary purpose of this page is to help you use your charge card as a “guest of PayPal” so long as you haven’t exceeded PayPal’s lifetime limit of $2,000, which PayPal imposes on every charge card that uses its “free” service. Since it's a bit confusing to use your charge card on the PayPal system, we suggest you follow these special instructions:

  1. After you click on "Checkout" at the bottom of your shopping cart, you'll be asked to fill in your billing information (which will be saved for future purchases).
  2. When you click on "Review order," you'll be taken to a page that summarizes your payment information. Even if the "Payment method" says that you'll be paying by PayPal, remember that you still have the option of using PayPal as a guest, without actually having—or using—a PayPal account.
  3. When you click on "Submit order," a new window will open in PayPal with the title: Kilmann Diagnostics...Choose a way to pay.
  4. To pay with your own credit or debit card, locate the section on the bottom of the page (below the section with the orange log-in button): "Don't have a PayPal account?" Directly underneath that question it reads: "Pay with your credit or debit card as a PayPal guest."
  5. Click on that link and you'll be taken to another page where you can enter your credit or debit card information. Then click on "Review and continue."
  6. The next page shows three options. Click on the third option that reads: "Continue to pay as a guest and do not use my PayPal account." Then click "Continue." The remaining steps to complete your purchase are very straightforward.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Purchase on the phone: You can call us seven days a week between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific Time at (949) 497-8766 or (714) 271-6212 and place your order. You can use Visa, Discover, or MasterCard to make your payment, so long as the total amount of your order does not exceed $5,000 (or your credit card limit, if it's less than $5,000). We rely on PayPal's very secure "Virtual Terminal" to handle your transaction.
