OUR ONLINE COURSES: E-LEARNING AND M-LEARNING TO THE MAX

Because Dr. Kilmann's online courses are recorded, you can take them at your convenience: anywhere, any day, any time. You can also watch them at your own pace. Better yet, all our online courses can be watched on 3G or newer smartphones and Internet tablets (including the iPhone 4 and all iPads), referred to as MOBILE learning, or simply: m-learning. And our online courses are equally compatible with desktop and laptop computers (both PC and Mac), referred to as ELECTRONIC learning, or simply: e-learning. Regarding the latter, here are some specific guidelines (alerts) so you can enjoy a high-definition experience with all our online courses:

HARDWARE ALERT: Since my onscreen presentations were recorded in high definition, the quality of your audiovisual experience may be affected by the resolution of your screen, the amount of RAM memory in your computer (2 GB minimum; 4 GB preferred), and the speed of your processor (whether you'll be using a desktop or laptop computer, a smartphone, or an Internet tablet). If you use the latest equipment, you're more likely to see all the pixels and hear all the frequencies in my high-definition videos.

SOFTWARE ALERT: You're more likely to have the smoothest video streaming and the best sound quality with a recent version of Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, or Google Chrome. And you'll have easy access to the Course Manuals with a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. These software updates are free.

INTERNET ALERT: If you have access to a high-speed, broadband, reliable Internet connection (making use of a high-quality router), you'll have a seamless audiovisual experience. But if your local service provides inconsistent or slow access to the Internet (or if your access slows to a crawl during periods of peak demand), the quality of your viewing experience will surely be affected. Just be aware of such unavoidable variations in Internet service while watching our videos at certain times of the day—especially during inclement weather.

Ralph H. Kilmann, Ph.D., is a California Board of Behavioral Sciences Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEPTM) and offers approved Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for his online courses: #PCE 4886. 

1. The fee for BASIC Training in Conflict Management (an eighty-minute course for 1 CEU) is $195, which includes a 30 page Course Manual.
2. The fee for ADVANCED Training in Conflict Management (an eight-hour course for 8 CEUs) is $400, which includes a 132 page Course Manual.
3. The fee for Culture Management (a six-hour course for 6 CEUs) is $400, which includes a 130 page Course Manual. 
4. The fee for Critical Thinking (a six-hour course for 6 CEUs) is $400, which includes a 96 page Course Manual. 
5. The fee for Team Management (a four-hour course for 4 CEUs) is $400, which includes a 188 page Course Manual.
6. The fee for The Complete Program (twenty-five hours of ALL our courses for 25 CEUs) is $1375, which includes a total of 576 pages in five Course Manuals. 

The Course Manuals are invaluable since each contains a thumbnail image of every presentation slide, reference information, Dr. Kilmann's personalized notes, and ample room for note taking. As you watch his recorded presentations, you can easily follow along, since the on-screen slides and the course manuals have matching page numbers.

Since each course includes an optional Final Exam (consisting of twenty-five, multiple-choice questions), you can easily test your knowledge of the subject matter after you complete any of our online courses. Moreover, two of our courses, (1) ADVANCED Training and (2) Critical Thinking, award a "certificate of achievement" when you pass the Final Exam (receiving at least 88 out of a possible 100 points). The Complete Program awards an additional certificate when you pass those two exams plus a third Final Exam for EITHER Culture Management OR Team Management. And then, when you pass any of our final exams, you can contact us if you wish to receive the stipulated CEUs for that online course. Lastly, if you make a group purchase of any online course, its Final Exam gives you the option of ensuring that your group members learn all the material that you especially purchased for them—if you decide to require them to show their mastery by passing the Final Exam.
