BASIC Training in Conflict Management
The fee for this eighty-minute online course is $195, which includes a 30 page Course Manual.
Our BASIC course focuses on the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and how to interpret your results (as well as those of other people) with regard to five conflict-handling modes: competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating. But first you'll learn about the underlying dimensions of conflict management: assertiveness and cooperativeness. And you will also be exposed to three additional dimensions for interpreting conflict-handling behavior: the distributive, integrative, and protective dimensions. In a short amount of time, our BASIC course will make sure you understand the fundamentals of conflict management and correctly interpret your TKI results.
