The Complete Program

Presently, we offer an integrated sequence of five online courses: (1) BASIC Training in Conflict Management, (2) ADVANCED Training in Conflict Management, (3) Culture Management Course, (4) Critical Thinking Course, and (5) Team Management Course. If you are interested in taking all these courses, we also offer them as The Complete Program. And because all these courses significantly rely on your understanding—and personalized results—from the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, The Complete Program includes your TKI assessment.

If you purchase all our online courses separately, including the TKI, the total fee is $1834. But if you purchase The Complete Program, the fee is $1375. You save $459 (25%). Even better, if you purchase the program for 10 or more participants, our group rate is $1175 per person. This additional quantity discount allows you to save $659 (35%) off the total fee if you purchased our courses and the TKI separately.

When you purchase The Complete Program, you'll have access to all five Course Manuals (for a total of 576 pages), just as if you had purchased our courses one at a time. And for your convenience, all five courses will be available on the same webpage—in the recommended sequence. Moreover, instead of the expiration period of 90 days for each of the separately purchased courses, your purchase of The Complete Program gives you access to all our online courses for an entire year.

Because each course includes an optional Final Exam (consisting of twenty-five, multiple-choice questions), we are able to offer another valuable feature with The Complete Program: If you receive a score of at least 88% on the final exams for (1) ADVANCED Training, (2) Critical Thinking, and (3) EITHER Culture Management OR Team Management, you'll receive a special recognition to signify that you have mastered The Complete Program: Certificate in Conflict Management and Change Management.

Before you can purchase The Complete Program, you must create a new account or log in to your existing account. The first time you log in, you'll be required to accept our Copyright and Hold-Harmless Agreement. Please be advised that your purchase of any of our online courses is not transferrable to anyone else.

As soon as you complete the purchasing process, you can (1) download the five Course Manuals; (2) take your free Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, which is available to you for 90 days; (3) decide whether you want to purchase and then take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (an option, not a requirement); and (4) watch all five courses as often as you like for ONE FULL YEAR. After you successfully complete the optional final exams mentioned above, you will not only receive your special certificate, but you can also Contact Us if you wish to receive 25 CEUs for the 25 hours of coursework. 

REFUND POLICY

As soon as you purchase The Complete Program, you’ll have instant access to all our online courses and all our course manuals for a period of one year. Since it isn’t possible to return any of these intangible services to us (as would be the case for tangible products), we don't offer any refund "for returns" in whole or in part. In addition, you'll have access to the TKI for a period of 90 days, but without any opportunity for a refund, even if you don't take the TKI. Since one TKI is bundled with The Complete Program, we don't offer the same Refund Policy that would be applicable if you purchased this assessment separately.

PURCHASING THE PROGRAM FOR SEVERAL PARTICIPANTS (OR SOMEONE ELSE)

The price of The Complete Program for 1–9 persons is $1375 each. The price for 10 or more participants is $1175 each. At the start of the purchasing process, you can enter the "Quantity" you wish to order. Next click on "Update cart." After you complete your checkout, download The Spreadsheet for Creating Group Accounts, follow the instructions, and then e-mail us the completed file in the specified format—so we can create a computer-generated username and password for each member in your group. Note: If you are buying this program for another person (for training purposes, for example), fill out the spreadsheet for just this one person.

Within 48 hours of receiving your completed spreadsheet, we'll notify each person that he'll have access to The Complete Program as soon as he (1) has logged in by using his pre-assigned username and password, and (2) has accepted the terms and conditions of our Copyright and Hold-Harmless Agreement.

Just so you know, establishing each person's username account and then notifying each group member of his new account at Kilmann Diagnostics can usually be done in much less time. Our "within 48 hours" promise to you takes into account different time zones, weekends, holidays, and large-volume orders.
