Team Management Course

As compared to our other courses, Team Management spends less time on presenting new concepts and theories. Instead, Team Management provides consultants, trainers, and work groups with expert guidance on how to make the best use of team-focused assessment tools and work sheets for experiential learning. This focus on behavioral learning and change will enable groups to readily apply all the key principles and practices from the first three tracks of quantum transformation—directly into the workplace and on the job. By taking our Time-Gap Survey and Team-Gap Survey, and then exploring the illuminating results with our specially designed work sheets, you'll learn some very practical tools for transforming the language of teamwork into actual behavior and improved results.

Team Management will take between four and eight hours to complete, depending on whether you're taking this course as a facilitator or as a work group. In the case of facilitators (such as onsultants, trainers, or team coaches), you won’t be responding to the assessments, completing the work sheets, or participating in group discussions. Instead, you’ll primarily focus on the presentation parts of this course, so you can learn how to use all our team-based materials with your clients. For facilitators, it’ll take about four hours to complete this online course. But in the case of work groups, in addition to my presentations, you’ll be taking two surveys, filling out several work sheets, and holding a number of group meetings. As such, it will take work groups about eight hours to complete all aspects of this online course.

This online course makes use of two self-report assessments: Kilmanns Time-Gap Survey and Kilmanns Team-Gap Survey. Also included in this course are Work Sheets for Identifying and Closing Team-Gaps.

TAKING THE OPTIONAL FINAL EXAM

Although we do not offer a "certificate of achievement" for this course, you can test your knowledge of the key principles by taking the optional Final Exam for Team Management. Achieving a score of 88 or more points (out of 100 possible points on a twenty-five item, multiple-choice exam) will not only signify that you have passed the exam, but you can then contact us to receive 4 CEUs. NOTE: You can take the Final Exam as many as five times, since our purpose is to encourage you to learn the material—not to add stress to your life.
